The following project’ s brief was about making some still images that will support a bright composition with a bit of Scandinavian touches. My commission was to focus more on the props and the general mood of the space. With that being said I started planning the space and the furnishing layout to achieve a bright and moody feeling with some elegant touches. I pumped most of our inspiration from the “Green Home Book”. To accomplish the bright – restricted feeling there were used some modern furniture as the Outline Chaise longue from muuto and the DSW Chair from Eames whose boxy shape effected massively to our rigid atmosphere but in a more cozy and warm version which was achieved by using bright grey color fabric. On the other hand a white kitchen, some greenery and the grey marbled – wenge bench were placed to produce the Nordic mood.Having finished with my commercial part of still images I came back to the project some weeks later. Having, an Interior design studies background, my purpose was to experiment with Architectural animation. Having already some knowledge on key framming and animating objects, I had to put some effort to turn this interior scene into a small video.
